Please join us for an Introduction to Integrative Health!
When: Wednesday March 27th at 3:00 pm
Where: Providence Place 1 South Conference Room
Integrative health focuses on the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. These are non-pharmacological measures that can be used in the journey towards health and healing. Integrative Therapist, Erin Heinitz, M.A., will provide an overview of integrative therapies available at Providence Place. Participants will also learn techniques to use with loved ones and for self care.
Erin earned her Master of Arts degree in Holistic Health Studies from St. Catherine’s University. Before becoming the Integrative Care Assistant at Providence Place in November 2018, she worked in social services as a mental health counselor and youth worker. She finds great meaning in joining and supporting others on their health, healing, and well-being journeys.
