Providence Place is proud to welcome our new Director of Social Service, Meighan Middleton, LSW!

Meighan Middleton is the new social worker for all memory care residents. She will be hosting an introductory meeting as an opportunity to get to know our memory care family members. All are welcome to attend, so stop by and say hello! This is a great way to get to know other families in our community as well.
