Meet the Management Team

Joel Kelsh, Executive Director

A North Dakota native, Joel Kelsh enjoyed shoveling and cutting the lawns of elderly neighbors during his early years. In 2012, Joel completes his 25th year as Nursing Home Administrator. Being in service to the elderly is Joel’s passion. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and going to independent films.

Greg Wainman, Director of Nursing

Greg Wainman realized his passion for serving elders when he reveled spending time with his grandparents who were “over the hill and through the woods” from his childhood home on the banks of the Connecticut River. Today, he has worked in long term care for 16 years and is certified in geriatrics. He is honored to care for seniors and considers his work a privilege.

Anna Decorsey, Director of Therapeutic Recreation

Anna Decorsey has a great passion for working with seniors in helping to provide meaningful activities to improve their quality of life as they age.  She acquired her CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist) in 2007 and ADPC (Activity Director Provisionally Certified) in 2011. Anna enjoys developing and growing as a professional as well as assisting her staff with helping to provide meaningful activities for residents. Anna is the proud mother of Jackson.

Emily Olson, Director of Social Services

Emily Olson, LSW, grew up on her family’s farm near Fosston, Minnesota. As a child, Emily treasured time spent with her grandparents. After graduating from Bemidji State University, Emily worked as a Nursing Assistant at the Fosston Nursing Home, which influenced her pursuit of Social Service work in a nursing home. Reagan, Emily’s young niece, has been a source of joy for and her family.

Liz Pushing, Director of Financial Services

Liz Pushing grew up in Minnesota and has over 19 years of business office experience. She graduated from Augsburg College in 1993 and joined the Providence Place team in 2001and also enjoys cooking, entertaining, travel, hiking and reading.

Alma Langley, Chaplain

A former resident of West Helena, Arkansas, Alma Langley received her B.A. degree from Columbia College Columbia, Missouri; and a Master of Divinity at Bethel Seminary St. Paul, Minnesota. Alma is a licensed and ordained Reverend in the State of Minnesota, and has ministered the gospel for eleven years. Her passion is caring for and sharing with the elderly, singing, preaching and playwriting. Alma is also a Licensed Respiratory Therapist.
